The website made an error in reserving my hotel and gave me a reservation for Jan 23rd instead of Feb 10. I am not even in the country until Feb 4. I called the hotel directly after I realized the error and talked with a hotel staff member who said that they would make sure my card was not charged. However, my card was charged and I am actually very angry.

Overall, our experience was very enjoyable and more than met our expectations. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. BUT I had a very unpleasant experience in the dining room! A few weeks before our stay we called the hotel because we realized we would be leaving the hotel for the airport long before the breakfast was served. We had a very early flight. The room charge includes breakfast. We asked if there was a way to book just the room for a reduced fee. The very friendly person on the phone said no, there is only one rate, but there will be some things in the dining room that we could grab in the evening and eat on our way to the airport and that there would be coffee available fairly early. So after we finished dinner, I walked over to the breakfast area and took two packages of dry toast. Our waitress ran over to me and made an embarrassing scene. She told me I had been "caught" on the surveillance camera. I explained that we paid for breakfast but could not be there to enjoy it. I was so humiliated. As we left the dining room, the other diners were staring at us. I will never ever stay there again!!!!!

A great hotel to relax at before the long flight home. The beds were the most comfortable of the whole trip. Service and shuttle was excellent. My only negative is you need to have coffee in the rooms. put a large sign out on Monte Baldo We would stay again most certainly.

very niec large family room whith separate part for the kids nice indoor swimiing pool modern design nice breakfast
Great airport hotel, would definately recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus into Verona and the the airport worked very well for us and the pool was very welcome at the end of a very hot day. Restaurant was a bit pricey but the bar was fine, food was pretty good, very nice glass of wine and service was great. Thank you, it was a great end to out holiday.

Although I only stayed one night, it was a very pleasant experience. The internet rate was very helpful and having the shuttle service to the airport it was brought me to your hotel in the first place. The hotel is very convenient ,the location in particular. The rooms are clean.The staff was friendly and ready to assist.We liked our stay in this hotel.
